it give me
B1620 SRSCM internal fault (Replace ECU)

Your ACU have this error before, need repair hardware

is there any steps to check the acu hw or only repace it

There is no spesial steps, need finde that is wrong, need
good electronics repair experience and that's all. Just for sure check dump from another similar module on this, may be some troubles in dump while reading. If with new dump 1620 also will come 1000% some hardware part broken
